These terms explain how you can use SO+. By creating an account, you agree to them. SO+ is operated by Kunjal (“we”, “us”).
About SO+
SO+ is a web app that helps engineering staff of Taluka Panchayats in Gujarat prepare estimates, bills, measurement books (MBs), site records and letters, and download them as Excel and PDF files.
Who can use it
- SO+ is meant for engineering staff working in Taluka Panchayats and related government offices in Gujarat.
- Give accurate details when you sign up, including your name, designation, district and Taluka Panchayat, and keep them up to date.
- One account is for one person. Please don’t share your account or create accounts for others.
Your account
Keep your password safe and don’t share it with anyone. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us at [Contact email].
Your responsibility for estimates
SO+ is a tool that helps you prepare documents faster. It does not replace your professional judgement.
Before you use any document for official purposes, you must check the quantities, rates, Schedule of Rates (SOR) items, calculations and the approvals required. Neither SO+ nor Kunjal (founder, SO+) is responsible for errors in documents that you submit, approve or act on.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use SO+ for anything unlawful, or to create false or misleading records;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data;
- overload, disrupt or try to break the service, or copy it using automated tools;
- resell or share access to SO+ without our permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
The estimates, bills, records and other data you enter belong to you (or to your office, where that applies). You allow us to store and process this data only so we can run SO+ for you. We don’t claim ownership of it.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep SO+ available and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
Ending your account
You can stop using SO+ at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [Contact email]. Please download any files you need first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where reasonable, we’ll tell you before we do.
Limitation of liability
SO+ is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Kunjal (founder, SO+) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by errors in documents prepared with SO+ that were not checked before use. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for SO+ in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at [City], Gujarat.
